Feb. 15, 2010 - BIG NEWS. My next CD, "Heavy Dreaming", featuring the Ryan Keberle Double Quartet will be released on March 16th. Look for us at Lang Recital Hall at Hunter College on March 22nd and at Barbes in Brooklyn on March 25th (details on the calender page). Lots of fun gigs in the works for this Spring - hope to see you there!

Nov. 13, 2009 - The next Double Quartet CD is officially done. Expect the release sometime in late January or early February. The title will be "Heavy Dreaming". I couldn't be happier with the results. My Quintet, this time featuring Adam Kolker, Nir Felder, Yasushi Nakamura and Eric Doob had a fun gig last Sunday at the Brooklyn Lyceum. Thanks to everyone who came out! Next week look for me with the Maria Schneider Orch. at the Jazz Standard. This is always a fun week with one of the great jazz orchestras of the world. Hope to see you there!

Sep. 26, 2009 - Just finished tracking for the next Double Quartet CD. I am REALLY happy with the results. Mixing and mastering happening soon. I hope to have the CD out by the end of the year. It's going to ROCK!! In other news, I'm excited to be a part of the SNL band again this season for a couple of Thursday Weekend Update Specials (Sep. 24th and Oct. 1st). Also, I'll be at the Jazz Standard again over Thanksgiving week with Maria Schneider's Orch. Hope to see you there.

June 2, 2009 - Back from a hugely successful European debut tour with Darcy James Argue's Secret Society. Check out the debut CD - it's a masterpiece. You can still catch me on SNL reruns from this past season (hosts were John Hamm, Dwayne Johnson, and Justin Timberlake - gotta love the new music video, "Mother Lover"!!!). Later this month I'll be playing the Canadian jazz festivals with Maria Schneider's Orchestra. I hope to see some of my Canadian friends and fans! Also, my Double Quartet will be recording our 2nd album this summer. Stay tuned!

Feb. 12, 2009 - WOW. It's already February... and 2009! Man, I've got to update these things more regularly! Obviously, I've been quite busy which is a good thing! Exciting things to look out for are: 1, My Double Quartet back in action at Cachaca with a bunch of new music (and hopefully another Double Quartet recording session sometime soon!), 2, A bunch of great Maria Schneider gigs around the Midwest and Northeast, and 3, I'll be performing on SNL with the house band again on March 7th and May 9th.

Oct. 28, 2008 - It's been awhile since my last update... I've been incredibly busy but have managed to squeeze in a great Ryan Keberle Quintet gig at Cachaca last month (featuring Donny McCaslin and Lage Lund!!!) and also a stint on Saturday Night Live with the house band. Upcoming gigs with my own groups include the premier of a new Organ group at the Brooklyn Lyceum on Dec. 21st, and my Double Quartet at St. Peter's Jazz Vespers on Jan. 18th.

Aug. 2, 2008 - Back from the Maria Schneider tour, which was a huge success, check out the Calender for upcoming gigs. It's going to be a fun fall!! (Video footage from the Ryan Keberle Cachaca gig still to come!!)

June 27, 2008 - After another successful gig at Cachaca (thanks to all of you who made this show a success) I'm VERY excited to announce that there will be video footage available of both the Double Quartet and Quintet performances from this past gig. Stay tuned!

June 1, 2008 - Ryan Keberle Double Quartet and the Ryan Keberle Quintet will be performing on Monday, June 23rd, at 7pm at Cachaca!

Cachaca is a great new club on West 8th street with a nice vibe and tasty drinks.
