After almost 5 weeks on the road with one of my favorite musicians on the planet, Sufjan Stevens, I’m happy to have some great NYC gigs upcoming. You can hear me with the Maria Schneider Orch. at the Jazz Standard every night except Thursday from Nov. 23-28, and also with the Pedro Giraudo Sextet at the Zinc Bar on Nov. 30th. Be on the lookout for a new group I’m putting together. We’ll be performing at the Lyceum on Dec. 26th (a post Xmas celebration) and also at St. Peters on Feb. 20th.
