The next Double Quartet CD is officially done. Expect the release sometime in late January or early February. The title will be “Heavy Dreaming”. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

My Quintet, this time featuring Adam Kolker, Nir Felder, Yasushi Nakamura and Eric Doob had a fun gig last Sunday at the Brooklyn Lyceum. Thanks to everyone who came out!

Next week look for me with the Maria Schneider Orch. at the Jazz Standard. This is always a fun week with one of the great jazz orchestras of the world. Hope to see you there!
